Nautical Rag Quilt

Pre-Wash. We've cut out all our squares, sewed them all together, cut our fringey seams, and we're ready to wash and rag up this quilt!

We bought a bunch of navy/white/nautical flannel at Joann Fabrics on Black Friday with this in mind. It will match the baby nursery, but it's more our size, do I can see us enjoying this rag quilt as we rock baby or cozy up.

Jolly Snowman Quilt & Pillow

I enjoyed making this quilt and used the scraps to make this pillow! I made my own design for the pillow and pleated a ruffle which turned out really cute!

Zipper Pouches

Made a handful of these and put gifts and gift cards inside.

Took a minute or two to remember how I did these, but I figured it out. Had a request for a little zipper pouch. May make a few more for gift card holders etc.

Snowman Quilt

Loved this jovial pattern when we were at Shop Hop this year! I'm going sew a pillow to match and wrap this up do Mom for Christmas. Our friend Wanda quilted the blanket together with a mitten design--so cute!

Frozen Panel Blanket for Niece Emma Grace

Saw this Frozen Panel at Marietta's Quilt & Sew and figured something to do with it for Emma Grace. The backing is flannel purple and pink (her favorite colors) hearts and I used a heavy sheet of spare fabric as batting to give it some weight. I've had the pink trim since Prym Consumer/Dritz had their warehouse sale (I bought a whole bolt of it for $2!). I thought it added a cute girly finishing touch to this blanket.
