Bought a cute black shawl and practiced with some fabric I had on hand. It's a thin sweatshirt material and a colorful lace.

DIY Legos to go box

Made these Lego boxes that the nephews can take along places. May need to decorate some more yet but you get the idea. I cut Lego base to size and glued them on using a plastic glue. Will try out the Legos after it sits for a bit.

Gifts for shower!

So after being set back with a sinus infection for 8+ days... I finally found some inspiration and creativity to put my shower gifts together for our brother and sister-in-law.

We picked up something from their registry and added it to a breastfeeding caddy (pockets added to a mini bucket). I filled it with a bunch of things I could remember needing.

We made a cute little apron for the big sister...

We also have the play blanket that still needs to be finished but I'm excited about the little tree and texture fabric leaves.

And then there's the "Cousin Connor" book that we wrote. To think before this morning, that book was all we had to give... Crazy how a little inspiration can help you do so much!
